You will find this treasure on the 2nd floor, thus the name El Balcon (the balcony) of our central mall LA PLAZITA (across the street from Bancomer) on Mar de Cortes (the shopping street).

Your Chef and Owner, Marcelino Morales, was born in Puebla, in mainland Mexico. His creative inspiration for cuisine comes from his home and is always unique, exceptional, beautifully presented and a treat for your palate. Ingredients such as pomegranate seeds, nopales, pasilla chili, hibiscus, to name a few, keep a seeming endless array of dishes intriguing and delicious.

The ambience of El Balcon is warmly local, and the interior of this open-air bistro overlooks the center of San Felipe and is a delightful place for luncheon while shopping, or to watch the Baja sunset.

Paired with wines from Vino Baja San Felipe, (found on the lower floor of La Plazita), you will enjoy a gustatory delight. It`s hard to talk of favorites, but you definitely want to try the chipotle chicken breast with organic vegetables.
